By and large, it was incredible base for sightseeing in Piedras Negras, had much fun. The staff was amiable and helpful, took good care of everyone. The hotel was in a favourable location so close to Piedras Negras, Bus Station, and the town center. Plus, it was 15 minutes drive by car from Three Cultures Square: D

The hotel was spotlessly clean with helpful and friendly staff. My kids loved the cozy atmosphere and constant cleaning. Although there was no pool, they were willing to sacrifice it for the impeccable cleanliness. The hotel went above and beyond to arrange transportation and ensure safety for guests. Towel requests were promptly fulfilled.

I was amazed by the cleanliness of City Express! The staff is so friendly and helpful, always making sure everything is spotless. My kids loved it, saying it felt like being at home. Even though there was no pool, we didn't mind because the cleanliness made up for it. And the location is great too!
